Thread: Curious any elses sales decreased?
Mine are dropping but I know that its because the warnings Ive been giving out. Ive no problem with that. Im really torn about stocking the vendor..some people use stuff so fast I know theyll use itbefore patch...but others, I worry about getting shaftedwith the patch. So, Ive posted on my server forum and my vendors ad bark warnings about the patch. My sales were steadily climbing until this happened. If anyone asks me about crates, Im sure to inform them about whats on test and that often has them reducing their order. IE Hi I need 15crates of fishak...blechblech warning...umm humm ok make that 4 crates of fishak.
Most of my bigger customers are aware of the problems, and a couple of them have the patience to let the drinks "age" until the fix is put in. This is similar to the food that I sold during the poison era, people knew that it would get fixed, and they felt they could wait it out.
There are also a lot of speculators. They know the new patch is coming, and they know that until combat is revamped, fishak/BoH are still going to be valuable.
I personally still sell out my fishak and BoH at andecent (but not spectacular)pace. All of the other food, not so much. Overall, my sales have dropped about 20% in the last week.
Its not my sales going down. I cant sell stuff to people knowing the possibility of being stolen their money. If a guy buys more than 1 crate of my vendor, i send him an email explaining the situation and offering the posibility of buying the stuff he dont really want once he knows the future of our old stuff.
Im not restocking my vendors, just putting some pate crates knowing they are eated in a few days (man, I just bought 40k of domesticated meat 5 days ago
)
