1. Remove Serial Numbers on Components.
2. Need alternative for BE additives. On Lowca, it is almost impossible to find a BE. I would even be up for moving these to the chef schematics. BE's complain that too much meat/milk is required to make a run of chef tissues.
3. All races, including Wookies should be able to wear crafting apron.
4. Larger crate sizes for components.
5. Stomach empties too slow.

my top 5:

1) missing schematics - we lost a bunch, were promised they'd come back...but still not even a word on a single one of them coming back yet.
2) bring back experimentation on subcomponents - before this was removed the products chefs created were often quite different from chef to chef...even given the same resources. after it was removed...all you need is the same power BE additive, and similar resources, and you can make an identical product without much thought or effort.
3) rarity of the mando wine schem - while yes its not all that critical for a chef to have one...it just never sat right that this schematic is sooooo much rarer than RIS certification...the other "loot" permanent schematic. especially since RIS is already much more useful...and once the CB hits...will likely still be much more useful.
4) FS grind - this is a new one, and effects all crafting professions...the grind isn't hard...just mind numbingly boring. personally I feel this new grind is 10x worse than the old one was...for crafters (for combat chars it actually is easier/more fun)...the resource requirements for the FS crafting quests in phase 2 and probably 3 need to come down as well...200 loot components per person to complete phase 2...thats totally ubsurd.
5) broken schematics - several schematics display incorrect formulas...or use stats that simply don't exist on the resources needed to make it (ex. garmorrl).

Hi again Thought I would resub and check things out (yay me, one day before the free 10 days haha). Anyhow, I have to say..I'm very surprised to see that after all these months chef seems to be exactly like it was when I left. Wow, still no wedding cake even? That no stat stuff mustve been massively unbalancing I can't comment yet on the other stuff, but these two...wow, somehow I just knew at least wedding cake would be back.

1) Fix schematics for Havla & Ruby so that they don't need to be at 100% to work

2) In addition to letting Wookies wear crafting aprons, fix Tusken gear so that female characters can wear them -- or get skill mods put into other gear drops. I have 3 female characters, and none of them can wear Tusken gear, which is about the only loot other than tapes that gives crafting mods

3) Plates for food to increase stack size

4) Use the shift key to select multiple items to move at one time (i.e. move crates from output to input hopper)

5) Change description of food on food schematics to describe what the food does -- it's crazy for new chefs to have to depend on out of game resources to learn what the food they make can do

1. Subcomponets - Make all subcomponents where quality doesn't matter, without a serial number
2. Assembly - Make the food assembly work like all other professions (should be an easy one). That is that an amazing initial combine increases base stats
3. BE Additivies - With the lack of BE currently (I am lucky i actually got 3 working with me) would love for the additives to be moved over to chef to create. Most BE don't like making additives, they are there for the pets.
4. Improved Factory organization - Not that it's difficult, but moving subcomponents from output to input hoppers is tedious. Let us have a button to push to Move all items in output hopper to input hopper.
5. Plates - Having a multiplier for food the same way as drinks.

I'll be the token RP chef and give suggestions related to immersion and RP (Feature & Gameplay requests).

1. Animations for eating & drinking. Would be nice if you were sitting at a table, you wouldn't have to drop and use the /move up command to get it to appear on the table. It would just happen automatically if you sat down near a table and started eating. Same thing with drinks. Trays for waiters or some sort of Equip for food so you could carry it around without looking goofy.

2. Real bar stools for cantinas. Not the wooden ones please, something more 'star warsy'.

3. Messages indicating the quality and/or taste of the food when you consume them. Could be similar to Smuggler Spices, though it would be nice if the message varied with the quality of the food. So a crappy brandy would have a different message than an excellent brandy.

4. Animation for wiping down the bar! Or cleaning out glasses. Shaking drinks, or something using that big beer keg looking thing. Some kind of idle chef like animation. Or if I can get really extravagant, it could be done as a dance, with different animations as flourishes. Though it would have to heal BF or anything, just for RPing. (Perhaps needing Novice Chef to use them? Bwahahahahahaha)

5. Sabacc and Holochess. Sure its not directly related. But those could be in the cantina right? And the more people there are in the cantina, the more business there is to be had. I put this at the bottom because I think they're already working on it, or they know they want to put these in at some point but haven't gotten to it. Just make sure that when you do you can place them in PC Cantinas. Maybe with the existing Hotel games (jubilee wheel and lugjack) placeable as well, giving the profit to the owner or mayor (at the owner's discretion)

I don't expect these to get priority over other bugs like garrmorl, just thought I'd throw out some more ideas. I can dream can't I?

Edit: Couple typos

All of my issues are based on gameplay balance to allow new players and veterans viable options to enter theeconomy. For example the chef grind is not artisan large glasses to novice cheftosoypro (or whatever it was)to deserts3 then onto swirlsuntil master. No. The true chef grind isbrawler to TKM/Fencer to Janta missions and cavecamping to multi-millionnaire to buying into this over priced stagnant market. We have little variation, little creativity andlittle flexibility ...if we want to get our business off the ground.

#1, Immersion:Offer us better food graphics, decoration foods and the occasional "rare quest" resource or schematic. Why can't there be a berry or flowerthat may only be harversted at night? Or a special water from a dangerous cave or ancient temple?

#2, Relationship:Offer both Chefs and BE's a break. Reduce the resource cost on the BE'sto allow more additive options, fun and flexibility. It's OK for the costs to come down. We will open the noob market and actually increase sales and profit for both professions. Meanwhile the noobs get to participate more in the game.

#3, Business:Offermerchant privileges so we can get a "special" chefvendor ... or open Merchant up to allow "renting" of space on existing merchant vendors. This will allow merchants to open a market in "storage vendor" leasing.

#4, Production: Greater stack size and no serial number dependencyon sub components. Now multi-select within a factory is a necessity for no other reason that it is not technologically difficult to achieve.

#5, Inventory: All crafters should have 30%-50% lot increase over other professions. So a base template gets 10. One artisan profession get's from 1 to 3 additional lots based on mastery. Therefore a double artisan master getsup to 6 more lots. Either blanket increase the lots or offer these lots for specificbuildings like a factory orharvestor.

Let the casual chef produce useful foods and play around like a low level artisan, but offer the technically advanced and determined chefs the option to have a new level of play through advanced resources, quests, schematics and relationships.

My top 5 in no particular order:

1. Serial numbers need to be removed from sub components.

2. Bazaar listings really need an overhaul. Factory crates should be listed with it's corrisponding food, not in a seperate catagory.

3. Plate options for food. saucer = small stacks, plate = medium stacks andplatter = large stacks of food

4. Remove barrels from the list. If it's not fixed, it shouldn't be an option.

5. New graphics for the food

1. Culinary Masters are unable to chop and dice anything in the game with one wack. This is wrong. They should be able to one hack anything in the game, including super battledroids, as long as they have a chef hat on. Major emersion issue for me.

2. Iron Chefs should have a natural AP3 armor rating with 90-100% resists to everything. They are iron chefs after all.

3. Pie throwing is currently not enabled, but should be.

Everything else works well, save for a few pet pevees.

4. Storage and component handling. Subcomponents should crate to 100 to 250 items per crate. This is mostly an annoying game play issues with having to haul a bunch of crates around in a very limited inventory system. Subcompents do nothingfor a food item except take up resources and add more crafting time. Taking up resources and time isfine, but if they add nothing, then don't have them required by serial numbers a la casks.

5. Art work. No two food items should look alike. Sypro looks like fake vomit bought at some joke shop, i.e. needs changing to something more appetizing, like fake doggie do.

1. Replace Barrels with Plates (or something along those lines) - Doesn't have to increae food from 3 uses to 21, but even 6 or 9 would be nice.

2. Rework BE additives. I've never made one besides nutrition. 40K units of domestic meat? What, 10 creatures in the entire galaxy drop this, the top one a Challange Level of about 30?Or 40K units of Milk? Why bother.

3. More recipies for sure (and this one should be fun). More race and professionrelated foods. Powerful but dangerous foods (Blowfish anyone?). Foods that absorb more damage/provide protection against specific ddamage types (a la synthsteak) but only against 1-2 types max, multiple doses prohibited.

4. Confirmation on whether or not Pyro Cake and Bespin Port actually work (stack) in manufacturing and research centers.

5. Increase crate size to 50.

Excellant idea !

I would love to see a version of Synthsteak for every resist type. With the revamp on the horizon this could be very helpful.

Here are a few of mine:

1. Bring back the 29 names and the7 artworks that were removed in the chef revamp. Two oldartworks for Bivoli Tempari and Durindfire/Deuterium Pyro cannot be found in game anymore except at npc areas! Why have less artwork and have items with identical artwork? The "Ranch" at Tatooine has many distintive designs that should be used for the future foods and drinksadded.

2. Add more content like missions and quests to get new schematics.

3. Make food/drink crates show under the food or drink categories on the bazaar.

Just for completeness here is a list of deleted names: Meatlump, Wastril Bread, Charde, Fried Endwa, Stewed Gwouch, Puk, Fire Stew, Patot Panak, Ramorrean Capanata, Braised Canron, Xermaauc, Puff Cake, Nanana Twist, Wedding Cake, Ryshcate, Corellian Fried Icecream, Glazed Glucose Pate, Sullustan Gin, Bantha Blaster, Kylessian Fruit Disitillate, Tatooine Sunburn, Cortyg, Aludium pu36, Antakarian Fire Dancer, Ice Blaster, Skannbult Likker, Double Dip Outer Rim Rumdrop, Tranna Nougat Cream, Angerian Fishak Surpirse.

Also here is a list of the deleted art: Meatlump, Fried Endwa/old Crispic, Corellian Fried Icecream/Tranna Nougat Cream, Aludium pu36, Ice Blaster (when did it get the design of the doublefusedred bottle?),old Bivoli Tempari, old Durindfire/old Deuterium Pyro
