Reactive gas would be your best bet if you were trying to sell to a chef. High overall quality reactive gas would be something a lot of chefs would buy/horde.

If you are going to be selling the resources, I suggest checking the weaponsmith/armorsmith's forums. I know that weaponsmiths need insane ammounts of steel.

I've put this message in every crafter forum.

You might want to check out swgcraft.com, as well. You can find a listing of schematics there as well as what it takes to make them. One thing I noticed right away is that just about EVERYTHING made by a tailor requires synthetic cloth, which requires fiberplast and inert petrochemical. Some tailors may be looking this in bulk.

However, in my experience, it's usually best to gain a relationship with a few tailors and cater to their needs.

Tocraftthe advance componentsfor higherstim packs, the medics need6 specific resources.

- Talusian Water Vapor
- Class 4 Liquid Petro Fuel
- Dantooine Berries
- Lokian Wild Wheat
- Tatooine Fiberplast
- Herbivore Meat

Aside from these, water/chemical/organics are used to craft the normal version of the components. As a general rule of thumb, look for resources with high overall quality and potential energy. A secondary stat to look for is flavor on the organics.

As a side note, the class 4 liquid petro fuel is the hardest to come by now.

One "niche" market that you might do well in is selling really crappy resources at reduced cost to tailors. I'd rather buy 1000 units of low-quality steel for 2000 credits, say, than 1000 units of superb-quality steel for 3000.

Did someone say reactive gas?! YES! Bring on the gas, quality of at least 700, please. We use just a small amount of minerals for containers, as was mentioned, but if we're making our own harvesters there may be more of a market for it. Of course, now we can re-deed without losing as much of our investment, so perhaps that will keep demand down.

If a chef trains in novice artisan, they can make their own crafting stations as well, and lots of metal--high conductivity copper especially--is needed. Some polymer (chemical) also. If you don't have the credits to invest in an uber-quality station, making your own (as well as your own tools) will get you at least a 20 effectiveness rating.FOOD for thought...hee hee.

Thanks, Gib! And thank the Missus!

Hey Gib, if your wife get's this going, I'd love to purchase some quality resources from her. I'm on Tarq, based on Naboo... but always passing through Coronet. Really tough to find CM resources on Tarq without planet hopping yourself.

Seems like there should be a good market for this stuff, so far I haven't had much luck finding stuff on bazzar (galaxy wide).
