You don't see it too much with Tailor

You don't see it with Tailor because the devs specifically acknowledged they had a problem in beta and fixed it. Novice tailor items used to be worse than Dom Arts IV clothes because your experimentation points directly affected the color choices you had, so Novice Tailors could only do the newbie colors on Tailor clothes and a lot more on dom arts stuff. So they changed dom arts clothes to use the clothing customisation skill from Tailor, and granted bonuses to that skill in the Dom Arts skill boxes, so that both lines of clothing used the same skill to determine color choices and it increased as you got novice tailor..

If they'd done the same thing for chefs and weaponsmiths - replace the generic "Artisan Experimentation" on food/weapons with a food/weapon experimentation skill bonus that rose as you gained Dom Arts/Engineering and continued to use the same skill as you progressed up through novice chef/weaponsmith there'd a be a lot more happy crafters out there.. DLT20 rifles and charde might actually be sold then..

I mean crafting = carpel tunnel...

Suggestion - map your middle mouse button (wheel) to double click. My hand was so sore I couldn't grip hard enough to open a bottle, then I did that and things improved considerably.

I'm not going to say stop whining. I think the devs need to hear these problems because they are not imagined. As for it gets better as you get more experimentation - sure. But there are still some huge advantages to artisan food even then.. for instance that it doesn't fill you up with one bite. My max experimented Caf has become one of my favorite items, the ability to drink 4 in a row for 115*4 to willpower plus some action and quickness, and relatively cheap to make - pretty **edit** good.

I think what happens too is that people are so uneducated about the class, people think Chef class is mainly to make pet food which makes me so angry, or they say it's not worth to buy some buff that wont last long enough to make it worth their credits..

Lately I have decided to rename my drinks and food with the stats there cause people are lazy it seems in my server and god forbid them to click on Details (which btw it would be nice it they would list them right away) And with this last bug I can't tell you how my sales went down to -0- instantly.. I even go around like you guys say giving it away in cantinas and they don't want it they think is useless.. Some even say that there is some other class (can't remember now which) that makes better buffs?!@ I didn't pay much attention that day but if it's true then no wonder why this is so useless to people sometimes..

It is a shame I guess like in every society education is what drives the masses, in this case away from the chefs.
