why not just hit 100 and be done with time calculations ?

100 is better than 90
yes, you will recover before your 1minute burst run is over
...but what if you're kd'd while burst running?
or if you get posturechanged down?
that will immediatly end your burst run, and you will have to wait til the end of the minute to burst run again.
i personally would but 25f/100recovery over 20f/90recovery parwan
i have never stocked parwan though cause it seems no BEs can make the adds

Strength on who's additives? Mine? They were +47 with the resources all going for Flavor/OQ, which I just lucked out DR was pretty good too. After the additive I think I remember base stats being 25 fill 69 recovery... something like that, it has been a few days since crafted.
As for the 100 recovery for account of posture changes and KD's.. never really thought about that.. I see the point immensely.

Glad I read this thread, guess I will see if I can tone down my +102 parwan nutricake and xp filling a little lower... currently at +102/26 filling/6 quantity (decided to put a few points to get the quantity to six)
