I absolutely agree, it doesn't seem reasonable that Medical crates cap at 50 and food crates cap at 25. As everyone here noted, it can get tedious shuffling between factories because you can't hold the entire run at one time.

Of course the other problem in the Ithorian Mist scenario described above is what to do with all that Ithorian Mist once it sits around your shop for weeks because nobody drinks anything but brandy
