Since this last patch I am starting to agree with the 3000 merchant thing. On Corellia right now on my server there are a total of 3 food vendors on the planetary map. Yes, three. This on one of the most heavily populated servers.

I've given up on the tailor switching, as it just can't be done, even if I drop to 2000 merchant when I get enough XP to train it back right away.
