The only other option is to set up your merchant vendors the way you want them. Then drop those branches of merchant and put the skill points into artisan--keeping only 3 vendors and novice merchant. They may fix this merchant stuff at some point and there is no telling what would happen then.

yeah but you still CANT master BE, CHEF, and ARTISAN.. not enough skill pts. i guess if you're a human you can be a what... 12pt chef with the right clothing attachments?

they fixed the vendor thing, if u have too many items or vendors after dropping the required skill boxes you cant do anything with your vendor but i dont know if things can be bought from them or not

You only need artisan 4400 to get 10 points then as a human you can be a 14pt artisan with only 4400. So M chef, M BE , novice Merch. and Artisan 4400 is the best optionor get 2 accounts or buy your BE components.

I was talking about setting up your 3 vendors (like registering on the map and putting what ever clothes on them if thats your thing) and possibly a merchant tent. Then drop merchant to novice and then start putting items in up to your item limit. As far as I've heard that still works and your vendors stay registered and your tent still works. If they somehow fixed that so you lost your vendors, that would suck for you.

Yeah, that situation is a tough one, but with merchant you can cheap your way sometimes. I used to drop some merchant, or other skill, and train up artisan, craft a bunch of stuff, then relearn the merchant skills.

It's lame, but it worked.

Hi

Its about interaction with others, economics of game depends on player buy from other. If you can make it all thier is no need for artisan at all. I have tried to sell artisan good in the past and the just sit on vender, i am Mchef/Mtailor/martisan ofr over a yearand have seen no differnts in sale except for what people want.

Artisan Food = grind food

Chef Food = PVP food

Problem as I have experienced, fewer and fewer are PVP'ing and even the really old time pvp'ers are using the artisan foods instead of the chef foods. I dont sell artisan food except for Ruby. My sales are way down. I just don't care anymore. I am playing less and less as it is

I would like to see some chef foods (not all of them) get a % increase in duration. I think it would be a fair resolution to this issue.

This is not true according to my experience. I was in a large pvp battle (about 20-30 people) the other night and I looked around to see what kind of foods people were using. 8/10 pvpers were staking Artisan foods.Do a check yourself sometime.

And why not? They can stack them, have them last for 40 mins, and save room in their stomach for other things.
