Awesome! Are there any others? Weaker or stronger?

K-18 Rations are easy to make and boost Constitution and Willpower (mind regen pool)

Teltier Noodles boost Willpower or Focus, can't remember which one, but helps with the mind pool

I thought when it wore off though you still have the wound damage, that doesnt go away from eating food.

Wound dmg?

I've never had any problem with negative stats while eatingfood. Are you talking about spices?

Bespin port unexperimented already does 175 mind, experimented it can do way more(if it follows the same patterns as other foods, I'm sure you can get it to 600). It's all up to which stat you experiment. However it needs a chef with mixology IV to make.

A handy guide for buyers:

It has all the stats listed and which buffs they build. You can expect that a chef with good cooking can experiment those to last alot longer, or to increase the effect a lot.

I was asking specifically about food that "heals" your mind. Not increases your rate of regenerate or boosts your maximum.

I don't think foods are capable of healing. They're simply stat buffs.

Well if you increase willpower, you will increase the amount of mind points you regen every second. It's not a direct heal, but it's very handy. I've had my mind pool regening faster than I could damage it, therefore no need for a heal.

The post I was responding too was a comment about Foods healing wound damage, and I was just pointing out that foods don't heal anything they just buff.

I heard that there is now (or perhaps there has always been) food that actually "heals" mind damage. Not just increases the regeneration rate, but acts exactly as a stimpack does to health and action.

Can anyone verify this and if so, list the foods and their mind-healing strengths?

Thank you!

Charde, a novice Chef drink boosts mind by 40 roughly, depending on resources and success of crafting. If you drink 2 your mind pool max will go up by 80 and your current amount will also go up by 80. So yes it is an instant mind heal, remember if you are in combat and have attacks queued, you won't eat the food until the previous actions have been completed.

Nothing in the game heals mind damage. If a food says "+100 mind", it only boosts your max. Your mind bar will grow but it will be white, so you have to wait for your mind pool to heal up to the new max.

+willpower is the closest thing you can get to a mind heal. If there was a food that gave +1000 willpower (there isn't), then that would be super mind pool regeneration, but that's as close as you're gonna get.

Have you looked at your stats when you eat food? If the food increases health, action, or mind and you are at less than max at the moment you eat it, your pool goes up that amount. It does not take time for the effect to raise your points.
