Im not 100% sure yet, but i think this stuff is a negative modifier, Im using 806p buffpacks w/ BE clothes 110 droid and bivoli @ 23% and my buffs average about 1600

If it didnt work I dont think so many people would hassle me all day for it. Thats an aweful low base too and 1600 sounds about right.

806p is a decent base for buffpacks

same here, my docs love it, but when I try to use it (MD as well) I get crap. Everyone else loves it though.

Maybe you and I are doing something wrong. Hmmm...what could it be.

It works. Docs who have never gone above 3400 told me they have reached 3800 multiple times.

It's not a negative modifier. Check your skill mods next time, you'll see bivoli raises your minimum wound treatment level (unlike BE clothes which adds to it). As far as the mathematical aspect of it, bivoli does boost buffs.

This will be much more noticeable after Publish 7 when all doc buffs are nerfed. An 806 power kits after Publish 7, with BE clothes and droid, will yield buffs at 1994, while BE clothes+Bivoli and a droid will yield buffs at 2216 power.

Chefs, be ready for publish 7, because when that hits *EVERY* doctor is going to want BE enhanced Bivoli. The difference will be much more noticeable to the average doc when buff randomness is gone.

Lexy,

Not to pry, but could you elaborate a little on the upcoming doctor nerfs?

I must have missed that in the notes (that or a read an older copy).

Thanks,

3k+ buff are gone as well as sub 1k buffs. The randomness is removed so aparently you will buff the same exact amount every time with the same buff pack/med rateing/wound treatment amount.

Hmm, that does kinda suck.

Though, it makes the benefit from Bivoli very obvious.

If only Bivoli wasn't so damned hard to make in any significant quantity...

Oops, now to enter the right thread.

Doctors will be buffing from the base ratings on the packs. the random modifier attached to healing was removed.

Basically, the best buff possible with 1000 quality packs is in the 2300 range... basically only possible with janta blood.

The normal buff pack range + master doc + +25 BE clothes+ 110 rated drouid and +9 Bivoli is around 2100-2200.

All modifiers to doc buffs are actually going to be clear and easy to see the effect of now. We'll always get the exact same buff from the same pack.

Bivoli is going to be very important to doctors...

Right now, BE Bivoli may not be able to pay for itself, unless docs raise prices over what they generally charge. Non-BE bivoli can pay for itself.

BE Bivoli can pay for itself, its just to be that effective, you HAVE to use the nutrition supplements. That sticks customers with a 150-200k crate of Bivoli with only50 charges.

That sucks I know, but like I said before....BE Bivoli is aridiculous pain in the a$$ to make in any quanitity.

I hope doctors understand that when the see what Chefs will have to charge.

As an aside, my last batch came out to +24.77 with 15 min duration.
