Thread: I'm sorry fellow Carbineers but this is still a horribly broken class.
You don't.
Its called going master fencer/master carb/med 4.
Its called applying dizzy with eitheir full auto or fencer.
Then KDing and whiping out your baton.
If you choose to be only one proff, you must accept its limitations.

/agree... most rifleman are not SOLELY rifleman.... if they are they're stupid.... everyone spends 92 points on their skills
and furthermore there are way too many factors involved to judge rifleman or carbineer as a class in 1 battle... range, luck, armor, weapons, skill, etc....

And in what way does this make Carbineers a broken class? As far as I know we only have one special that is still broken and don't complain about the fullauto attacks, I think they are great, how many other proffesions get attacks that can stund/blind/dizzy? You say carbineers have fewer special abilities than riflemen? I find that strange since most riflemen rely on one or two shots in combat while a carbineer got lots of options to choose from depending on the situation.
FullAutoSingle2: Identical to MBH Sprayshot, except it deals more damage, costs less skill points, and sticks states easier. Great for PvE or PvP.
Burstshot2: Deals 2-3k damage to multiple targets? Hell yes, I wiped up a cave of Marauders tonight in minimal time. Kicks for PvE.
FullAutoArea2: Oh yes, an AOE dizzy that works...mix with a Krayt Enhanced E11 and your dealing insane bleed damage over multiple targets, which counts towards XP now. PvE or PvP.
Suppression2: More posture change attacks that a Carbineer can use, posture change AOE is just sick. Try it on a TKM sometime after sticking that dizzy.
Chargeshot2: This is a sick attack when combined with FAA2, just plain nasty when used on its own.
Crippleshot: Im dealing over 850dmg in PvP with this against people with Ranged Mit3. Enough said.
Scattershot2: Yes, I killed someone else using this tonight, they didnt know Carbineers could hit the mind pool.
Counter attack works. Defenses work. Carbineers deal more damage faster than any other class. Mix with BH Carb 3 and you're going to be a killing machine. (over 20 different KD+dizzy combos, a nice way to forget about the 30sec timer on each KD special, just rotate through your posture change attacks). Without BH Carb3 youre going to be one bad mofo.
