Thread: DEV Please dont change the ChargeShot1 Animation..
Devs and Correspondents....
There has been some "whining" in this forum regarding the ChargeShot1 animaiton being silly/gay/stupid what have you.
Firstly, keep in mind, the only reason these people whine is because the move makes their character MOVE every time he takes the shot, closing the distance on the target.
Well I am here to tell you that the animation is AWESOME. I LOVE IT. Especially at close range, because it makes me look like I'm drop kicking the victim, bloody hilarious. Me and my buddies crack up every time I use it at close range. As for using it at longe range, I LOVE it. I actually use it to strategically close in the distance between me and the opponent/creature.
To you homo whiners, who are no different to nerf cryers, just be happy with what you got. It's BY DESIGN, and it WORKS BEATIFULLY, unless of course you are a retarded spoilt little clown, who expects everything on a silver platter. And quite frankly, if the animation is taken away due to you spoilt babies, then I hope they take away the non timer KD on chargeshot also, coz then we'd REALLY be fukced.
I dont expect anyone to agree/disagree with this post, but feel free to do so anyway.

what the hell are u talking about?.. I'm not asking nayone to think like me.. and the only people I am labelling spoilt is those that cry "this is too hard" "this looks silly" "this gamne sucks" "this move sucks" "change the anime".. and yes, it is definitely linked to the upbringing of getting what they want when they cry. Their parents spoiled them.

again, what the hell are you talking about? I'm not crying for a nerf or change, or complaining that it's not hard!! I am just saying "DONT LISTEN TO THE NERF CRYERS". Leave what is NOT BROKEN, just THAT... NOT BROKEN.
Think about it boy, we're supposed to be asking the Dev to fix moves that are BROKEN. And regardless of the animation on the beautiful ChargeShot1, it's THIS move that has given the carbineers a chance at all! How foolish must one be to request achange to something that aint broken or silly for that matter?It's a **edit** gooddesign, and I bloody hope that the Devs laugh at you when they see it on the wishlist.
I love the chants of "Arm pit of death" from my team mates when i perform the Chargeshot 1
it's an awesome animation because it's funny, I love doing it

that is very true Kahl... but which is also why u need to use the move strategically. Like i said previously, the animation delay is a very small price to pay to keep the non-timed KD.
Rorenikibi's idea works great. I move laterally as well to stay in ideal range.
I don't mind that the animation makes us run a few meters. I can live with it. And it can come in handy sometimes.
What I do mind is that you have to be standing in order for the move to fire. It would be a lot better if you could fire it from kneeling, and have the animation raise you to standing, then run.
I'd also like it if I didn't have to sniff my pitt everytime I use it.
It's a stupid animation that makes no logical sense. Charging your enemy wont make your laser hurt him more. In fact all it does is make people wonder what the heck your doing.
In addition it can only be fired from standing, which is a hinderance when you want good accuracy. As well it makes you run towards your opponent unless you are already moving, in which case you take a shooting while moving penatly.
"To you homo whiners, who ". Sounds like a bright intelligent reason to keep the animation.
Furthermore that no timer on our KD is a bug, and is not by design Im fairly sure. They didnt say " All knockdowns havea timer except carbineers". Once that's fixed the animation will just be more annoying.
