Electricityresistanceis Composite armor's Special Protection. This will always be higher than the base effectiveness, which tends to be 45-65%.

Yeh alright ill buy that. But you know if we get a stun weapon it will have low damage like the other stun weapons so its a tossup.
How bout giving Carbineers the certification for c22 nads. Blast damage is good and people dont expect it at all. WIth the 22's we could do good aoe blast damage.
My bigest push for electric is so i can keep using the elite for pvm also...you have to admit a electric weapon would be sweet for pvm. And people gat their composit with stun layers now for riflemen. So ill take 67% electric over 90% energy any day. You cant realy say withought doing the math and seeing our stun weaponbut we might be better off with electric on the elite than a low damage stun weapon for pvp. Consider 40% resist on a lower damage weapon or 67% resist on a high damage weapon. Im just trying to stay away from stun because its what everyone wants to use. not using it will force players to adjust their defence to componsate or be vulnrable to it. They wont redo their setup just to stop carbineers so im trying to exploit that.
I know they wont jsut flip the elite into stun...they will make a new stun weapon if they do anything. We have a better chance of getting electric on it wich imo would be extreamly usefull.

i really like the idea of a blast weapon. one of my character builds i am working on is what the Smugglers call "The Launcher Pistol Specialist"

this build allows you to use a heavy weapon with blast damage with the speed and accuracy of a pistol. nearly EVERY creature in the Geo cave is weak against or even vulnerable to Blast damage.
the 22's are a great idea
