Howdy all,
After finally acquiring a smooth stone and waiting for the merchant to spawn, I turned in the stone to get the Lithitanium Carbine. I had to run to work, so if anyone wants a SS, I can post one later tonight. Quick glance stats were:
AP1
4.0 AS
50-350 dam
Significant health bleed
Don't remember range, HAM or damage type (i know i'm not much help, will take care of that tonight)
I remember there being a lot of speculation of whether these exist or not when I was looking for information on them, so just putting my .02 in. And I know talk is cheap until a SS is provided, so please hold the flames until i get one up

And now the 64 million credit question. Are you certified for it?

I believe that the Lithitanium carbine has been verified to exist, both from circumstantial post evidence and from a screen shot, so don't worry about proving it to us. Unfortunately as mentioned before, it is not exactly considered a good carbine.
I wonder how long until SOE realizes that we (well, I do at least) would prefer an action bleed to stack with our action targeting attacks over a health bleed...
Only 9,830 more to go...
Edit: corrected count, oops.

Seriously.
Its Bounty Hunter level speed, has a damage range that Mitigation will beat senseless in a back alley and loot its pockets for change, and AP1 isbleh at this point.

And the final insult, it looks like an ordinaryEE-11, so it doesn't even make a good wall ornament like the Nym's slugthrower does. ![]()

Well unless you use LegShot2, which doesn't do shnitz for damage, you are hitting health at least 50% of the time with all Carbineer Specials......so a Health bleed in theory for a Carbineer sounds wrong, but in practice it is best. BUT bleeds SUCK anyways so who cares.....I can tick about 400 health off an Enraged Rancor by the time I kill it, boy that helps.....

I've never done it myself, so am not sure. However, I believe what you need to do is:
1) Go to Fort Tusken whileVictor is in charge of Bestine. There you kill a big and mean Tusken (something like 200K HAM), an executioner or witch doctor or something.
2) Loot the stone
3) Walk around the Bestine market while Sean is in charge of Bestine
4) There will be a special NPC merchant, who isn't always there, who will take the stone and give you the carbine
I believe there are more details in a game guide post about this. If you search for Lithitanium Carbine you will likely find it (although I haven't done that myself either).

They really need to stop adding weapon rewards and just change them all to schematics. We all know that they will never make any reward weapons that are better than crafted ones, since it would "hurt the crafters". Plus I rarely buy stock weapons off of a vendor, I usually want specific things on them.
