Basically it's an enhanced enhanced E11.

You could also summarize it as "the most insulting blow to any ranged profession since it was declared that Carbineers wouldn't get any new weapons for the forseable future".

Don't get me wrong, I have faith in the devs, I can wait for the combat revamp and I'm never ever dropping Carbineer. But seriously... what's wrong with giving some high end content to us? Why can't we get a intresting carbine that helps us in PvE (I don't care for stun, but give me electricity, kinetic or blast so I can dent the nightsisters)

Why can't we get more Medium AP weapons?

Why is it that all we get are looser carbines with added bleed?

BTW Yes it is true, I've tested it myself, poison only ticks once every TEN seconds!
