Thread: I have a Lithiumiuem Carbine, when can I use it?

Excuse the spelling, but this Carbine is VERY similar to the Elite Carbine (in looks) but has a whicked effect when you fire it and a Health Dot.
The problem is that when I equipt it, it says I lack the skills. I am a 0-3-4-0 Carbineer and a Master BH. The Skill Trees do not have this one listed.
Anyone know what the Cert Requirement is?

I hope not. I was able use fire off some of my Carbine Specials with it, but the damage was like in the 30's rather then the 500's Iam use to.

I got it from a weaponsmith. It is in perfect condition so I assume it was not a loot.
I am sure it is a carbine as that is in the title of the weapon.

You're talking about the Lithitanium Carbine, and I think there is also a Lithitanium Rifle. I'm not sure what the certification for either is, however...

I haven't a clue about the cert. Most non-standard Crafted weapons (The Scythe and such) state what is required when you examine the weapon.
As for it being at full condition, the WS in question

Yea, he thought Novie Carbine was it as it looks like the Elite Carbine. But the weapon itself doesn't say and Novice Carbineer is obviously not it or I would not be getting the notice that I am not qualified.

I would like to see one of these, I wonder if you get this from the "go kill a tusken executioner" quest? Isnt that how people were getting the rifle? Slap up a screenshot if you get the opportunity, I was not even aware of the existance of this weapon.
