yeah, the chargeshot bug combine with actionshot3 is awesome
I spam chargeshot until the target has 1/3 of his action pool, then a chargeshot to prevent healing, then i finish it off
the answer to that question is really dependant on what you plan for a secondary profession.

What Makalas said, simple as that. You could exploit the Chargeshot to death no matter what, but personally I don't. I like to earn my victories, not win because I can work a bug. What's the point of playing if you're cheating?
Its not a "bug" or an "exploit". How many times does someone have to post on here that the Devs say it is working as they intended?
That being said, I dont spam chargeshot in PvP. But if I start to get in trouble, ur **edit** right im gonna use it so thatI can get to our ideal distance of 40m.
The devs idea of being distinctive is not KDing and Dizzying people every 3-5 seconds... KD timers were put in place so people could not spam a move that rendered the target completely immobile, you can easily grief kill people with KD over and over. Please explain how anyone is supposed to fight back when KD over and over? Thats my point, one cannot fight back, THATS WHY KD TIMER WAS PUT IN PLACE. Some one said heck yeah I will spam chargeshot so i can get to ideal distance of 40m. So your telling me its ok for a carbineer to KD over and over with no timer whatsoever? Plus the fact that can do this at a distance is riduculous. . 30 seconds I have to wait between knockdowns and I have to be with like 8 m to do it. THis move is def not working and its an exploit.
KDing people every other second without a timer is the biggest exploit this game has seen so far...

- TK's also have a KD and dizzy combo that not only kd's me but doesnt allow me to get up but i see no reason to whine about that despite the fact that tk's regularly own me in pvp. my solution? i use my brain instead of my mouth and keep my distance from them. i could have a nuclear missile strapped to my arm but if a pissed off bruce lee gets into melee range hes going to kick my ass.
- Since defenses for ranged classes have been increased it is much more difficult for me to hit other ranged classes in pvp (particularly the pistoleer). In fact last night i had a master pistoleer dodgemy chargeshot no less than 5 times in a row despite him being just slightly beyond ideal range.
- chargeshot is not a low damage special; for you to say carbineers win fights just by spamming chargeshot is ludicrous, if im lucky it gives me a chance to get off 1 maybe 2 more shots while my opponent is down but that doesnt really matter because i have had them return fire before they even got back on their feet. the only real benefit to our kd is that it stops them for about 3-5 seconds and we get a slight attack bonus.
- in order for chargeshot to work the carbineer must be perfectly still for a second (sometimes longer depending on lag) before they shoot or the first chargeshot (then they can move if they want but if they want to spam another volley they must stand still again)and all subsequent chargeshots will not work.
- chargeshot causes the carbineer to run foward about 3m and fire while moving--this causes a largepenalty to hit; couple that with the fact thataside from flamethrowers, carbines are pretty much the most innacurate guns in the gameand anyone other than a masterhas approximately a snowballs chancein hell of 'spamming kd' on anything other than the broadside of a barn.
- i am a master carbineer and i worked hard to get that title. i also spent alot of time and credits aquiring the 2 or 3 skill tapes and armor attachements with accuracy mods on them so i could hit what i shot at all the while dealing with ridiculous ham costs, enduring crappy weapons; some of which couldnt even be made on my server until 3 months after the game was out. i can assure you that the only carbineers who are masters of pvp got that way through skill and experience in pvp.
so take your baseless, thoughtless armchair critic BS over to the general forums with the rest of whiners and noobs that pretend know what theyre talking about and think everytime they get pwned in pvp that someone is exploiting. anyone who even suggests that carbineers are overpowered is a f*cktard.

LMFAO everything you just said is baseless. The ability to spam KD on someone is not fair nor was it ever intended. Why don't you learn something moron. Being able to KD every other second IS NOT INTENDED, WHY DO YOU THINK THERE IS A 30 second TIMER?? Freaking Moron.... You should only be able to KD ever 30 seconds, and about TKM's, and their KD, its dizzy plus the KD that makes you not stand up. I can heal dizzy so thats not my issue. THe issue is that Carbineers can do this from a distance of 40 m? thats LUDICRIOUS, how you think its ok to KD so often is really amazing. So let me get this straight, dizzy me then KD, i get up and heal Dizzy, then you hit me with another KD and dizzy again, so basically the whole fight is spent healing dizzy then getting KDed again. So please explain how I am supposed to fight someone that stays at more than 35 m from me and EVERYTIME i stand back up hits me with another KD. I really love to hear why you think its ok for one prof to be able to constantly spam a KD move while others cannot. I am a master pistoleer and even with good def mods a carbineer in a duel KDed me about 20 times. 20 TIMES!!!! Thats BS. My KD rarely works and if it does I have to be very close. yeah KDing at 40 m over and over is really intended and I am sure thats exactly how the Devs intended it, I mean they only put in KD timer on everyone else, but I guess carbineers are such whiners they need something special..
