Thread: Carbinier VS Tera Kasi
I beat a Doc/TK last night at Fort Clandestine... err... Fort Tusken. Idid dizzy him. Idid KD him. He cured his dizzy, but it wasn't fast enough. I still got a few shots in while he was down. After he got up, I got him dizzy again and got him to kneel, resulting in another fall as he tried to get up. I then proceded to scatter shot him, and it was somewhat effective at draining his mind. It wasn't effective enough for my tastes though lol, so I switched to my stun baton and scatter hit hit to death. I didn't need to switch to my buton, but if I hadn't, it would have taken me quite a bit to kill the guy though.
The moral of the story... yes, a master carbineer can beat a Doc/TK, but it might take a while without other skills. I was able to kite him quite well with my use of KD and actionshot. You just have to know what you bring to the table, know what your opponent brings to the table, and know the best way to approach the situation.
+5 defense vs. dizzy
+10 defense vs. blind
+15 defense vs. stun
+20 defense vs. knockdown
+30 defense vs posture change (down)
+62 melee defense
+45 ranged defense
+55 combat equilibrium
+96 defensive aquity
Carbineers have at master
+25 defense vs. intimidate
+15 defense vs. knockdown
+105 counterattack
+27 ranged defense
+0 defense vs. stun
+0 defense vs. blind
+0 defense vs. stun
+0 melee defense
TK's aren't even close to having the lowest state resists in the game. Bounty hunters (no defenses at all) and commandos (+5 defense vs. knockdown) have the worst state resists. After them comes carbineers. TK's have the lowest among the melee's, but it's still better than the 3 worst ranged elites combined.

NO, cause a carbineer cant target a docs mind. And since they can remove any stat you place on them, even if you kite them you are boned.
Lol, wrong answer, sort of. Scatter 2 hits mind very often. Why? it hits the player 3 times, and tries to hit all three pools(though it usually only hits two pools)
