Thread: A question about BurstShot1 and Crippleshot

I was wondering, which specials do you guys use more?

Which would you use more if they both shot at 1.0 speed?

Do you know the exact modifiers on them?

If anyone can answer those, I would greatly appreciate it.

Check the Carbine Special Modifiers post (it's stickied) for their modifiers.

If they both hit the cap, i'd use crippling, because it has a higher damage mod.

/agree

But since I have no BH speed, and Carbineers' innate speed sucks, I use burstShot1 for my damage attack. Unless it's on turrets or ATSTs, then I switch to my laser carb and spam cripplingShot.

Skill Attachments can get you to +85 Carbine Speed with ZERO BH skills

Word. I've got an ubese shirt and a decorated belt that I wear. Together, they give me like +16 accuracy, +10 accuracy while moving, and +11 speed (or thereabouts). I'm in the process of filling the final socket on each with counterattack mods. (But don't tell the Imps!)

Kether,

Is that belt armor or clothing? I napped a +7 speed armor attachment this weekend and I am going OCD trying to figure out what to put it in.

Thanks

Oh come on, slap that thing in ANY piece of armor and enjoy the "steroids"

In the last two weeks I got my entire suit of armor, 20 mil worth of attachments, and clothes, 2 mil worth of mods, repaired. Talk about SCARY!!!!!! I lost one piece, the gloves but I had bought extra attachments and still have +25 Carbine Speed

Get yourself a mabari armorweave belt. It'll accept armor attachments, has 0 encumbrance, and no condition value.

EDIT: Before I surrendered Armorsmith, I made myself a few crates of 4-socket ubese shirts and 4-socket mabari belts. I've been selling them on my vendor for 5k apiece. They're perfect for armor attachments.

The belt takes the spot of a backpack and that just won't work for most. The shirt is great but I like my BE shirts with 4 sockets better. AND I put a lot more than 8 attachments in my Comp Armor

I buy my attachments on the Trade Forum and Vendors.

OK thanks. I was hoping you were going to say you found a mob that routinely drops them. Looks like instead I'm going to have to make some money for my impending shopping spree

I wore a mabari belt with a backpack. Couldn't wear a PSG though since that goes in the belt slot. Can't wear a bandolier with a backpack.

Cool, thought the mabari belt was like the bandolier.
