I am getting ready to write up a post for the Devs and I need a bit of research info. Answer for me what you think Stun, Blind and Intimidatedo based on your in game experience. Please though, if you remember the answer from the 19 questions a few weeks ago, do not answer. I want to know what people think it does based on in game experience. And please, do not read other players responses before you reply. Decide right now what you think it does, hit reply and answer.
What does Intimidate do?
What does Stun do?
What does Blind do?
How many months have you been playing?

Stun lowers defenses
Blind lowers accuracy

What does Intimidate do? Makes people more vulnerable to your state effects.
What does Stun do? Makes people miss an attack, and drops "some stats" (I have no idea what this means)
What does Blind do? Creatures are more likely to miss me.
How many months have you been playing? 3-4 I think.

What does Intimidate do? Haven't used this much...
What does Stun do? This seems to lower DPS, never looked at damage output or misses...bottom line takes longer to kill
What does Blind do? This seems to lower DPS, never looked at damage output or misses...bottom line takes longer to kill
How many months have you been playing? Since Day 1 of LIVE
Not sure I see a lot of difference between the overall effect that Stun and Blind give, at least not without dissecting the Combat Log. And because of this I think the two need more distinction for a profession based on Crowd Control and State Application.

I -think- that....
stun: lowers melee/ranged def, and slows attack speed, stops zabrak from using equilibrium(so i hear)
intimidate: lowers dmg, lowers passive defenses(dodge, CA, block)
blind: lowers accuracy
dizzy: stops burst run, makes you flop like a fish
been playing....dunno....10 months or so

What does Intimidate do?
Intimidate appears to simply cause damage to be cut in half. To-Hit seems to be the same.
Intimidate SHOULD also be available in a form of Area-Effect which would cause low-moral creatures (those that would normally flee once reaching the 10-15% HAM) to flee for a short while.
What does Stun do?
Not exactly sure - seems that stun lasts for just one combat round, or 1 second - which ever is faster.. LOL (Yeah, barely any time at all). Also, I think when stunned you can't do certain ... things like burst-run? Oddly, I don'tthink I'vetried doing anything other than combat while stunned, so I'm not sure if you're actually prevented from activities.
What does Blind do?
Blind ... well, not sure what it really does - a blinded target seems to successfully strike only so very less often (seems to make little difference)... And you can't harvest creatures while blinded (for obvious reasons).
Blind SHOULD cause an effect on the players' screen similar to a VERYdark night - to where you can't really see much around you (like reducing visible light to 1m, and turning OFF the "personal lamp" for the bind-duration). Otherwise right now, it's like "Oh no, I'm blind." /endsarchasm... IF, while blinded - the character could not see, that would add a bit of challenge to fight while blinded - 'cause you won't see what's going on in combat (and appropriately so). Blind should be that - to BLIND the player from seeing ANYTHING. I mean after all, no one's really going to get hurt by it by tripping over a chair since we can just walk right through them... Also - to change game-code for blind is simple - it already exists - just reduce visible lighting.

Wait, sorry, Stun did one thing that I noticed last night. It stopped me from conversing with an NPC.
