I've heard intimidate negates ALL ranged and melee defense making it 0.

Wouldn't it be nice to have accurate and immediate updates to the Skill Mod listing.....how hard could that be.....

Intimidate: Reduces damage output and lowers state defences
Stun: Causes the target to miss 1 round of combat and lowers primary defences (Ranged/Melee defence)
Blind: Lowers accuracy and secondary defences (dodge/block/counterattack)
Played since: Beta 3

What does Intimidate do?
Lowers the Leet Haxx0r damage a noob can do to you for 20 to 30 seconds (int1 and Int2) to 33% I believe
What does Stun do?
Lowers the State defense of those defense stacker d00dz
What does Blind do?
add a quarter and gives you a phone call...or it might lower your"to hit" modsBut I think its horse **edit**

Yes I know those aren't correct, but it is what the effects feel like to me in game.

What does Intimidate do? Intimidate reduces damage and also makes it so secodary defense's are not used as much (i.e. block,dodge, counterattack. An intimidated Fencer will be totally easier to hit due to them not dodging all over the place.
What does Stun do? Stun makes it easier to apply states on people. With alot of people with high defense's to states such as dizzy, blind.intimidate the stun allows it easier to apply them. Also makes them easier to hit. I remember back in the stacking days that if 2 rifleman went at it and 1 was stunned and spamming headshot and the other was not stunned and spamming headshot the stunned rifle stacker would get hit much more. Also keeps zabraks from using Equilibrium.
What does Blind do? Blind drops accuracy a ton. A blinded rifleman that is 20m away will miss all over the place. Attacking a Fencer while blind is just a waste of condition on your weaponsif you cant stun and intimidate them.

intimidate: makes you twice as easy to hit and reduces your damage in half
stun: not really sure what this does, no profound effects. seems to make other states stick easier but it could just be me
Blind: reduces enemies accuracy quite well. i usually don't get hit at range when they are blind and much less at melee range.
been playing since day 2 since they wouldn't let me on day one. been a carbineer 4 months. currently a Master carb/BH 0 4 1 0

, just signed up for the forums but have been playing galaxies andas a carbineer for a long time. heers what i think they do.....
What does Intimidate do?-lowers attack damage for malee
What does Stun do?-lowers attack speed for ranged and malee
What does Blind do?-lowers accuracy for both ranged and malee

This will be awesome if ppl actually answer w/o reading other posts first!
I've been playing 11 months, mostly as PvE, but was successful for a short while PvPingas TKM/Fencer/Brawler. State effects rock, not much can beat speed sliced VKs for applying these effects quickly, basically disabling a singleopponent.
Intimidate- reduces enemy's dmg by something like 25-75%. It's significant, I do know that. Also I think it cuts their red substats (Strength and Constitution) to either 1/2 or 1/3. Basically you can hack thru their red a lot faster. Even when I'm wearing my fullest armor, I usually wear +15 Intimidate/WC pants instead of comp ones because it is so great. Also a Int/WC undershirt.
Stun- I have no idea but it seems to reduce enemy's dmg as well. I'm still totally unclear on what Stun actually does, because it doesn't seem to "stun-lock" (put in extra frames to slow enemy's response time down).
Blind- lowers enemy's accuracy mod. (they miss
) Don't know by how much.
