why does charge shot have no KD??? wouldnt it make more sense for the mellee classes to have unlimited if anyone. charge shot can be used at range a mellee has to at least get close.
I was a master carbineer before the accuracy fixes before the KD timer, and thought it was cheap back then but if thats the way its "intended to work" ill go back up the tree (along with a multitude of other people)

Charge shot does hardly any damage on it's own and has to be performed from the standing position, it not much use when you are solo in PVP, and 2 against 1 will pretty much always win.

Considering when it tells you that it fails to KD, and it still does KD.... do you think that is actually intended? not to mention the fact it ignores the timer and the targets kd defense.. as long as you HIT, you *WILL* kd. it never fails
It's well-documented that our pathetic KD will only actually apply the KD state (that keeps you from acting) for aboug 3 seconds on the standard 30 second timer, it just forces you prone the rest of the time.
Given that, you're free to fire, and if the carbineer's stupid enough to keep charge shotting you, you'll easily outdamage him and kill him first. Then you can stand up at will.
Of course, 2 on 1, you'll probably still die, but if you'd play smart, you could take one of 'em down, or come close, just like everybody else would do 2 on 1.
