Thread: y dose evry one want commandos nerfd
i do not i repeet i dont want any flam 4 ppl answering this thred or bhs that dont fill like grinding out that ivest line
i say wat would fix the proplem more or less would be to move flame singel 2 to master andremove the dot on flame singel 1 or flame cone 1 if this were done i bleev u c alot more happy ppl just like if eye shot were moved to master bh o ya the dabblers would couse and swaer but from gatherd from most of my friends in radiant wat there rilly mad at is that every one and there sister is runing around with gernader wich seems to urk ppl allot im going to start post on all the suport forms asking if this would make most of them happy

Personally, I don't mind the commandos. In fact I encourage commandos to continue their training.
I only say this knowing that a highly skilled carbineer can take a commando with ease.
Only 2 things about commando need tweaking.
1 hit kills. I don't care if all their attacks do 99% of my HAM.. just needs to be 2 shots. It's just mindless ganking atm.
Then there's flame DOT. On Tatooine (or anywhere without water close by), flame DOT is certain death. Even if you kill the commando, you still die. Throw in a lot of griefy wounds, and we have incentive not to PvP.

The ability to cause a burn taht does 3-5K damage, every 20 seconds, for several minutes, is quite simply overpowered. It doesn't matter how hard it is to hit, or how slow the rate of fire is.
If the flame DOTS were significantly weaker, and didn't have the absurd wound-causing, then there wouldn't be as big a deal.
My problem also lies with the one hit kill. I don't think any one class should have the one hit kill cabability. I wear a full suit of composite armor with an average protection rating of 50% for all pieces.A Commando comes along with a flamethrower, and down I go. Maybe Doctor / Carbineers outduel a Commando, but a plain Carbineer just doesn't have time to do that kind of damage.
And for the love of God maddogs, please make your posts readable. No flame intended. I just have to go over your stuff 3 times to make sure I followed your little abbreviations.
I am not even going to read this thread, just my 2 cents.
In a battle the other night, 1vs1 Master Pistoleer Vs Master Commando....lasted 5 secs...and I was buffed over 3k. Hit him twice for a total about 800 damage. He/she knocked 3k of my health and gave me 700+ health wounds.
Why do people want to nerf commando..... geee I don't know.
