What do you guys find is the best sequence to dispatch your enemies. Granted I'm only a novice Carbineer at this point and am grinding my way up to master, but as it stand right now I throw down a Confusion Shot, Underhand Shot and then spam Full Auto Single 2. It seems to go pretty quickly.
How about you all?

As i am carbineer, i lack confusion shot and underhand shot... anyways, i personally go actionshot1, wildshot1, fullautosingle2, chargeshot1 and then spam fullautosingle2 or legshot2, depending on how hard the targets are and which bars are mostly hurt till that moment.
Usually works out pretty fine.

Yeah I've been doing similar with Legshot 2 if I happen to land a lot of action hits with my Full Auto Single 2. I did forget to mention I have BH Carbines IV and I'm Carbineer 1/1/0/1 at the moment. I hear that Burst Shot and Crippling Shot are pretty good. I'm looking forward to trying them out.

Excuse my noobness, but what does it mean to "spam" a shot or special move? I see refernece to that term a lot and I don't want to assume the meaning.

It means to just hit it over and over and over, basically to fill your queue with the same special until the enemy is dead.

I'll have to try the legshot, I don't even keep it in the toolbar anymore... Does it work well for both PvP and E? And yes I am speed capped.

CripplingShot and ScatterShot2 will be your best kill time Specials when Speed Capped

FullAutoArea2x3 chargeshot2x1 BurstShot2 spam at enemy faction bases for insanely fast FP generation 
In PvP it's usually Fullautosingle2 spam for states, underhand or firekd or chargeshot for a kd, then spam cripple or scattershot2 usually works out okay.
In group PvP I just stand at the back spamming area states and KD's, let the others do the real damage.

Most definately. Fullautosingle2 was my main stay attack for the longest time, but I hit my cripplingshot key by mistake one day and have been sold ever since.

full auto 2 - full auto 2 - underhand/fireknockdown - burst shot 2 - burst shot 2 - crppleshot and start over.
it always starts with 2 full auto's for me and an attempt at a kd , almost never use action shots unless im using an enhanced e-11.

Until you are Speed Capped, LegShot2/3 are the fastest way to kill ANY target.
I still like FullAutoSingle2 for the States and it is just a few percentage points behind LS2/3 in kill time.
I rarely use/used ChargeShot1 because I have always had tanks....either other player's pets befriended to me or my own CH pets. If you can get a tank get to BurstShot2 or FullAutoArea1/2 as fast as possible and the amount of XP you can get per hour will go up 2X-5X

Well, against a single ranged target I use:
Full Auto Single2 x3, sometimes a WildShot to top it off if I land no states, Charge Shot1, CrippleShot a couple of times, then I generally finish them off with 1 or 2 ScatterShots (be aware that Scattershot is from the BH tree and this combo is used by someone speed capped).
Against melee (both in PvE and PvP), I will generally use the following combo:
Action Shot2 (try to get them down to kneeling and land a nice bleed), 3 or 4 Full Auto Single2, maybe a WildShot, a CrippleShot or three, a couple of Scattershots. If I dont get a posture down on them or no knockdown, I will repeat the sequence if they are closing on me. Good to remember that if they have good defence against dizzy, knockdown or posture down attacks....Burst Run is your friend to gain some extra range!

Yeah I picked up crippling shot last night. It's the hawtness. I was taking out huurton huntresses in 3 hits.
