BH/Carbineer is nice, it should just be noted that this makes you a stacker, an offense stacker. Nice to turn the tables on the melee fighters once in a great while.

Always have a good PSG with decent stun resists on it if you aren't willing to buy a stun layered chestplate and biceps. Stacking both of those is murder on fencers. Without stun fencer dps is absolutely pathetic.

Well a properly equiped Fencer with no Jedi around will always win....it happened last night at our cities PvP Night. Eventually the PSG goes down....I ran thru 2 in 24 minutes in one duel....

The Fencer Defenses are so borked I don't know how anybody could PvP without them.....

Fighting BH or Pistoleer or even TK was a joke.....walk in the park

BTW, I am a SEA Carbineer/Fencer/Pistoleer biwan:

That is my current template. I do better than 85% overall in my PvP. I use only carbine weapons in that. It took me a bit to get to know when and how to use my specials but once you know you will be much more sucessful at it.

Anybody with any decent defenses, not even Fencer, would so pwn that template.....I have that on my PvE toon and don't dare PvP with it....

And PvP wins are not picking on noobs....

Well, you guys have to take into account that no single combat profession will get you anywhere on PvP. If you want PvP what you do is pick a main profession and then compliment with other prof's bonuses, so if we start singling out professions, well, most all of them suck, only that some are better for raw damage, others are good at landing states, other are good at defending. Take a Rifleman without anything else and well, once a melee catches him he's dead. Yes, at the end if you wanna kill someone on pvp what is more effective is Rifleman because well, they hit mind and have stun damage, but that doesn't mean a stat attacker can't win either. I am a TKM and the only way we can win in the present times with 90% kin armor and melee mitigation 3 is to keep landing states on my oponnent. Luckily we can bypass some of the stat defenses with capped speed, but so can Carbineers (at a very high price though) and we can hit mind (ridiculuosly weak, and being kin lol). Still, I think I'm not that bad at PvPing and I tend to incapacitate everything but stacking Riflemen with Head Hits because there's no point at doing Health or Action damage with a 2300+ Doctor Buffs.

All I recommend for PvP guys is well, perseverance. I am a non-BH Pistoleer also and I too share the pain of having a profession with broken specials(I use no Pistoleer specials except Health 2). Get over the losses, die to learn, live to kill.

I cheat. Just like you. I use my financial tools to get an edge. So I win more often than not. Now what you dare to do and what I dare to do is all moot. I am sure you know people that have many differing templates and are successful in PvP. A template is only valuable up to a point. It is not always a template that creates a favorable out come but the strategy used with the template. From the posts that I have read of yours I thought you would have an understanding of that.
