Maybe you need to give it a rest.....the Devs are NOT done with Carbineer.....AND they will be "balancing" those other professions you speak of as well.
Please read all my posts.....I have stated MANY other changes to other profs to bring Carbineer into balance.....and I have posted that I WANT to see 4 new Carbines.....and I have posted FULL support for the Top 4 list to the Devs.....seems maybe I am NOT satisfied with Carbineer. At the same time don't FLAME me for expressing my viewpoint of actually enjoying a profession....maybe you should be a Rifleman if you want to PvP.....
I agree with you we are far from fixed, but complaining about 1,001 things is not right either.....its only 999 things to complain about

Please remember the combat rebalance is coming. The Devs really are quite resistant to address even the smallest combat problems until then (you have no idea how lucky we were to get our specials fixed). The way they dictate priorities, they like to put off an issue and then when it is that issues turn, they throw everything but the kitchen sink at it.
Unfortunately, the only thing I can recommend is patience.
Rifleman will get what he deserves.....just not soon enough....

I had it better.
I offered to duel them, and was able to land a KD/Dizzy and then ended the duel.
