I think this would be MUCH better then what we have now. People really should stop complaining about our ham costs cause they are no worse then most other professions. I am a mbh/master carbineer and i can handle pvp unbuffed. THis would actually help carbines in pvp as we cant attack the mind.

all you people saying they should remove PvP reduction are completly insane and oviously weren't around before they implimented it. without the reduction riflemen and commando's can drop you in (1) ONE hit, even with buffs. how much fun is PvP gunna be if the first shot kills you then your dead before you even know what happened. as for buffs 1000 should be the cap for them. that would keep people with that heavy armor from using specials and people without armor would be able to use specials more frequently, but not able to spam them. armor need to be reduced 20%-40% to keep people from that 90% armor that was never intended. but with these changes and the mind pool being able to be healed in some form, there will be much better balance in PvP but PvE will need some tweaking. as of right now there are Mob's with 100% resists and this is rediculous and keeps professions completly out of that content. nothing should be higher then 90% PvP wise, and nothing should be a like a SBD. if the rest of combat is balance SBD's will own entire servers..... i've seen them kill 10-15 people before being brought down with 80% composite and 2k buffs, so things like that will need to be brought into balance, but that does not mean soloable, it should still take a solid group to take on higher end PvE but with everyone worrying about combat changes no1 is looking at PvE and things such as SBD's would reak havoc on our soon to be nerfed community.

You have any idea what yrou talking about here??? Back in the day when there wasnt a pvp reduction commandos could barely do dmg. 90% armor was not aroundand buffs weren't much more then 1000 a stat. But yeah they need to nerf amror and buffs.

No I dont think this would be a good thing I think it would make our lives worse if that is possable.

This is one tochy issue, alot of things would have to be balanced if they reduced buffs. Although even so I think buffs should be reduced since most players own even the toughest mobs with current buffs.
I've also seem alot of concern about mind pool but don't worry, SOE said the mind pool will no longer be an issue with the combat revamp......what ever that means.
