I am not sure where he got his info, but he IS the Correspondent and says it is 55% for Health, not your 66%......and I forget the others off the top of my head. I have seen other people use the 3/2/1 HAM hit ratio but never your 6/2/1 ratio....

I believe that scatter shot is unlike other random HAM attacks, and is close to 33/33/33. At least in my very few tests, when I only use scatter shot, when I kill an enemy, the "other two" pools (that I didn't incap with) arefairlyclose to 0.

Just to clarify/correct, scatter shot *is* affected by resistance. It is unclear if it is affected by AR, but it *is* affected by the raw resistance of the target, at least according to the combat logs.
