I used my DXR6 for most of my time in the game, and I still use it for Acid/AP damage... especially against NPC Stormtroopers


otherwise I carry a DH17 Short, with 1.4 spd for the fast specials...


Ether needs to find a better weaponsmith, IMHO

A good elite is worth getting because of their higher min damage meaning you hit people with range mitigation harder (but elites are only worth it when you get near master), then maybe a nym for acid

Yes, i know im not a carbineer, but i use an E11 w/ 2.0 speed, 150 max dam., and it has a mod. that makes it so that it has an 95% chance of bleeding my opponent.
