0040 carbineer, 4020 pistoleer, 0430 bh, novice medic.

Switch to scatter or sonic...

Rinse and repeat.
This template has +80 counterattack, +80 dodge and hopefully will be combat balance proof. Insert novice brawler for novice medic for the intimidate/warcry skills if need be.

Thats a fun template but I'd suggest somehow getting 0440 in BH for torsoshot, getting some more accuracy for carbines to land the states on and possibly getting xx4x in pistoleer for the def vs. KD. I didn't have medic when I had a similar template. Its been many months since I've had novice medic and I do fine without it.

You may not know this, but food skill enhancements ignore the hard cap.
Ex. Air Cake with +40 Dodge. Master Fencer with 105 Dodge, and +20 in skill tapes for 125 (hard cap). Fencer takes Air Cake, has 165 Dodge.

Yea, giving melee stackers more defensive food is right up there when the Devs gave the CMs Spider Venom.
