Well I LOVE my carbine, so given the nature of this thread.. I couldn't resist.
E11 Mark II: Solace
Speed: 1.96
Damage: 422-1059
Base DPS: 377.29
SAC: 73
You can't get em much better then that. The only shortcoming is the accuracy bonus is only 17. But according to the WS forums, this mod is broken on weapons. /shrug.
Did I mention I love my gun?

Wow! lol thanks for help guys! ...I haven't checked this post since thefirst response lol 
I did end up going Ranger/Carbineer & its really effective, they sure compliment each other I think lol ....appreciate the tips, thnx!
