i guess ill try an elite carbine out then.... guess the ideal range is better for PvP too

My primarypvp elite made by our wonderful crafter Bermag, has 254-286 damage and +81 accuracy at ideal range. It has a "medium" damage slice and 32% MIN damage powerup. Mitigate that.. lol . It's an amazing weapon, good job Bermag, keep it up! Imagine if they made that AP2...

Well, this post is aimed at kronic,
Ok, simply put Laser = PvEand Elite+ E11(enhanced of course)= PvP now you ask why?
well, with damage mitigation, on your, what was it? Say 70-600 damage laser, in PvP, it will ALWAYS hit ranged opponents for 70.
Ranged damage mitigation 3always hits the dead minimum. So comparemy 279-467 Elite carbine to your 70-600 damage Laser.
think about what I said and guess whos gonna die first 
279-70 is roughly 200 damage more, ap2 or not. So heed my advice and go get a good Elite.

Thats not even close to being correct. The laser averages out to be about 220, where as that elite does around316. Which btw, thats as damn near top of the line Elite Carbine your going to get. The laser on the other hand, im not all that impressed with personally. Elite > Laser yes. But your numbers arent even close to being correct.

wonderful guild. i just finished using it to make my own PvP carbine and the stats came to:
Speed: 1.9
Dmg: 154-348
Range Mods: -35/ 56/ -50
HAM: 52/70/46
19% speed slice..... i like it, killed a bh today all that speed didn't help him
