I've been looking through multipleFAQs but couldn't find the damage modifier for spray shot. Nova, where you able to discern this through your testing?

You sound an awful lot like Mr. Lighthearted John Kerry.......running for President of the United States of America is not enough, but you hope to disgrace the TKA profession too?

Sprayshot is nice against Docs. Once you get someone Dizzy/KD'd you could spam confusion shot to keep the dizzy in case they heal it or it wears off. I've had docs stay on thier back for 2 minutes because I spammed confusionshot. The only problem was I wasn't doing a whole lot of damage. Sprayshot however can keep the dizzy down but also has a nice kick to it, almost like crippleshot.

That would be the reason why I have no skill tapes... I can't get EPC to purchase them for me!

edited for Nova (didn't see his post, I sent a PM to take care of it and keep it off forums)

And sprayshot isn't enough of a reason to get MBH. Currently the only reason to get MBH is for Mandalorian Armor, or possibly when Jedi missions are moved there (which is the hope of MBH)

From my experience as an MBH...my favorite thing about BH was, not even the master speciaisl. It was the fire KD, TorsoShot, but I was also partial to the Lightning Cannon attacks.

Sprayshot lands states, but speed-capped BH can land states just as easily with FAS series, or Confusion Shot.

...unless of course MBH gets a new weapon which they are constantly hammering for.

Sad thing...second to Jedi BH are possibly the coolest aspects of Star Wars. BH were one of the major professtions told to "Wait for the Combat Balance," so they do have hope, but there are so few true MBH left anymore. Many of them have dropped BH on Eclipse to go Sworsdman/Rifleman, or another template that is much more effective, using an Alt to get Investigation III just to take Jedi Missions.

Sprayshot is cool....but far far inferior to base Carbineer Specials. Months and Months of BH/Carbnieer taught me that, I'll take FAS any day over Sprayshot.

...unless of course Sprayshot eventually sets people on fire...which would be cool for Carbineers.

I have changed my opinion of sprayshot. I am finding it to be very potent and perhaps the issue is that mokks/jantas are highly resistant. Whenever I hit anything else (again, still testing but nothing rigorous yet...i like to play too you know...) it is zap and 3 states are applied.

I am hoping to do some PvP tonight and I'll see how it fairs.

Resists in PvP vary a lot too....

And I don't think we doubt the fact that SprayShot is a great shot, but is it worth the points of MASTER BH......

Or from my perspective.....is it worth giving up 4440 Fencer and 0044 Pistoleer? I doubt it.....but looking forward to more reports

PS sorry for the hijack.....

Guys there's a lot of great things in the BH trees. LLC, Pistol specials... etc... Sprayshot is great esp in pvp but no one shot is worth a mastery for...

Everyone knows that the real reason to master bh is Fast Blast

Confusion shot is much the same. Really, I find myself less and less worrying about states beyond Dizzy with being a BH/Carbineer hybrid. The ability to consistently and reliably drop an NPCtarget on its back is more than enough to get the job done in day to day PvE.

In PvP, I'm still the crowd control guy, so my team is more concerned with me putting the target down, than worried about whether he's Stunned or Blind yet.
