This is what riflemen said on our forum about 1 month before it became true, i hope it doesn't for you guys too, as im dropping master rifleman for carbineer, have been grinding for a while. SO in essense dont be suprised if its true, i have seen a larger influx of carbineers lately, but remember every server is different.
