Were you able to determine if the EE3's cone has any additional effect on area specials?

Others very specifically tested the EE3 radius and found it to NOT WORK, period.

Nova, TA, or Jfang do any of you know why this seems to be a hard problem for the devs to fix? If i remember correlty it was suppose to be fixed quite some time ago.

Well the z-axis issue normally wouldn't be a huge deal, cept with the devastation it causes with poisons. Its just one of the bugs that gives CMs the impression of being overpowered.

Ya know what they need to do for the next stats which type of profession has done the most PvP kills. I'm sure CM will be the highest on the chart. I really think Poisons should be debuffs rather than dots. However, everytime I say it no one listens or they ignore it. *sigh*

Well the bugs in the CM profession is what makes it overpowered. The range, the LOS, the lack of 75% redux, halva, poison/disease incap, ect. Really if those bugs were fixed CMs would be alright.

Too bad the Devs give the impression that they don't want to fix anything with CM......

Hopefully other changes in the system around them will balance things out a bit....

TA, thank you so much for taking the time to do this, great job bro. That pretty much falls in line with what I felt it was, and I still feel it's way too narrow. After thinking about it I do agree, increasing 90 degrees would be going overboard....but the cone should at best be doubled ideally, but at very worst it needs to be increased from 30 toabout 50degrees, giving 25 on either side from center.

Didn't Novamarine's chastisement last week about combat medic discussions sink in?

By the way, TAfirehawk, the devs have never stated they didn't want to fix combat medics (and have in fact stated several times officially they were trying to fix bugs). They stated several times they don't want to nerf them, and as you pointed out inthe scattershot thread, fix != nerf.

What you fail to realize is that this is THE CARBINEER FORUM, not the Combat Medic Forum.....

So we get to bash/complain/pwn the CM's any way we choose.....

We can repeat the Carbineer side as many times as we want, but the CM side should go to the CM Forum.....

Exactly. Sometime people seem to forget the fact that the Devs are human, just like (most of) us. There are only 24 hours in a day, and you can be damn sure if I were a Dev, I would not be working more than 9-10 of them. Simply put, the Devs are overworked, just as many of us are at our jobs. We should be glad they are getting the little bit done that they are, and stop concentrating on asking for more, more, more.
