My E11 Mark II Carbine:

Speed 2.1

Modified Speed 1.2

Damage 426-1054

Base DPS 352.28

Sac 73

With a 28.16% SAC reduction PU on my Carbine my result is 14.2.

Yes that is wrong, you forgot to change the DPS when the weapon speed is 3 in your example

Butthe basic premise of a 'long fight' weapon can result in a slower weapon being better.....as the limit is Action, not raw Damage. Although a slow weapon with high SAC would NOT be good
