Thread: Krayts immune to Cripple... JOY!
everything now depends on having a squad leader and a tank. Including using my jedi, since armor break no longer sticks to them either. /lame
No reason to add immunities if they dont want people to solo these things then just up the creatures health regen beyond what any one person can overcome. Bingo done no nerf to snares or KD needed.

Now, perhaps people will start to group again to solo high end creatures. Get a SL and your tank will most likely keep up the agro.

wouldn't it be more fun if it took a lot of help to accomplish? i mean, you if you want to solo a krayt maybe kotor is a better game for you. i understand the need to play alone every once in a while (insert dirty comment here

I have posted before about making high end PvE more difficult and non soloable, i'm all for it but not if it destroys proffesions. The way things stand at the moment is that you can use a mixture of states and damage specials to kill high end mobs but if the mobs are state resistant theres no reason to play proffs other than rifleman and swordsman.
I've been playing since May 04 and was a carbineer for 2 long stints pre CU and with the exception of about a week i have been a carbineer all of post CU , that will change for sure if state immunities remain

Don't be such an idiot, this isn't about soloing, this is about losing arguably our best skill. It's like taking away CoB from melee profs because they are fighting a high end mob.

I agree , snare is our best skill it would be like removing ICob fromTKM's or sniper shot from rifleman or EDrain from MCM etc etc

QFEThis is a MMORPG after all......not a FPS as the original poster seems to think. All of this soloing has ruined this game IMO, specifically with Krayts it made the Devs turn off Prem Pearl drops
I would suspect that the 500000000 jedi running around probably had more to do with pearl nerfs than anything else. Soloable or not, with than many alpha-classes running around, something has to be done.

well how about swordsman's armorbreak being useless in high-end pve now?
you see them (or me)crying? i mean that is pretty much swordsman's class-defining skill.
