1- Intimidate reduces defenses and makes landing state effects easier. It also lessens the damage output the target can do if this state lands on them.
2- Stun cuts the speed of attack.
3- Blind cuts the accuracy of the target's attack.
4- About 5 months play time.

Intimidate: Reduces damage by 50% and reduces other secondary defences.
Stun: Reduces Defences
Blind: Reduces Accuracy
I have been playing since launch.

Intimdate:Decreases enemy damage by 50%. Also, decreases the chance of your opponent applying a state to you.
Stun: Slightly Decreases damage. Allows states to be more easily applied
Blind: Decreases enemy accuracy. By how much i do not know. But it greatly affects pvp. Also, when applied with kd/dizzy, decreases the enemies chanceto successfully stand rather than a simple dizzy/kd.

Intimidate - lowers damage output (both ranged and melee)
Stun - lowers secondary defenses, delays next attack, cuts melee damage in half
Blind - lowers accuracy
Playing for 9 or 10months

My answers are not scientific. This is just stuff I have picked up from the forums and in-game without crunching any numbers. I have tested stun and intimidate only to the point of noticing that dmg is decreased. The 50% and 25% reduction are just numbers that I have heard from other players.
Intimidate
-If you are intimidated your dmg output is decreased by half.
-Other defenses may be lowered too.
Stun
-If you are stunned your dmg output is decreased but not as severe as intimidate (25% ?)
-Other defenses may be lowered too
Blind
-If you are blinded then you accuracy is lower.
-Other defenses may be lowered too.

Intimidate - Lowered chance to hit...Something else too, cant remember.
Blind - Lowered chance to hit.
Stun - Loss of 1 combat turn. And"Temporarily lowers some stats"

Intimidate seems to significantly lower offensive output and defensive capabilities. An extremely powerful special that I find odd its found in Novice Brawler....should be a master skill.

I haven't noticed that it does anything really. Maybe slows attack time down, but not anything significant.
What does Blind do?
Nothing noticeable as far as I can tell. Supposedly lowers accuracy, but I still seem to get hit just fine by Riflemen and melee profs.....then again, I ama MBH.

I've been playing since launch. So, 12 months now. Yikes. sigh.

What does Intimidate do?Significantly reduces dps and defences.
What does Stun do? Lightly reducesdefences of target and increases the chance to hit of targets attackers.
What does Blind do? Lightly reduces accuracy and temporarrily disables targetsability to tend states and rez as well as the ablitities to tend wounds and buff. I also thouroughlybelieve it alsoincreases heal recovery rate as well.
How many months have you been playing? Since the day right after launch.

Combat Medics, no problem. Master Pistoleer/Rifleman/Bounty Hunter, no problem.
Melee professions, no problem. The fact that I am not supposed to die, slight problem.

What does Intimidate do?
Reduces damage done by target for a limited amount of time. Intimidate 2 > Intimidate 1 in length of time.
What does Stun do?
Reduces damage done by target. Not as good as Intimidate. Should also reduce the chance to hit. (but that would be too practical) Couldn't tell you if it reduces defense of target or not.
What does Blind do?
It's supose to reduce the chance to hit. But I think it's broken.
How many months have you been playing?
Week after release.

intimidate1 does cuts damage in half intimidate 2 cut damage down to u in 1/3
stun lowers defences of person
blind makes it harder to hit ur target

What does Intimidate do? Itweakens anopponent's profession defenses (counterattack, dodge, block) and makes them attack for less damage.
What does Stun do? It makes the non-professional defenses weaker (defense vs. dizzy, defense vs. knockdown, etc)
What does Blind do? It does whatthe name suggests. It makes the opponent unable to see their target thus lowering their accuracy.
How many months have you been playing? Well, I've been playing video games since I was wee lad but if you're talking about SWG, I've been playing since August. (With a break in there some where)
