Uhhh no.....if you fire an FWG5 at a ubese jacket with a vulnerability to heat it will do full damage.
The FWG is AP 0. All player-made armor is AP 1, so right off the bat it has its damage cut in half, even before the added elemental resists.

okay.... 1.3k pvp... what kind of carbine and specs???? never been able to do more then 600
