guaryn get a shilld gen or armor and ull never have a one hit kill from a commando agen

as for r burn with r slow slow refire rate thats the only thing we have going for us

and how many of u think it right that a carbiner can kill master commando in the first place i meen were sapos to be a hybred class and speend much more time and skillpoints in geting commando

so i want to aske dont u think insted of nerfing a commandos actuly needs bufed

i dont mind there damage its the flame dot that needs nerfed.

the fact that every styles dot stacks with the other styles there is no way to cure it inless your standing next to a lake.

i normally get about 450 wounds from 1 hit from a commando i feel sorry for those that just have novice medic.

Personally, I'd rather see commando's cost RAISED higher than the pikemans cost is now. I"m talking about 300 health/action/mind for flamecone1! Make it so that thier HAM costs are just so terrible taht their guns DO hurts them, think about it, Flamethrowers can get hot at times, what if the acid rifle leaks?

And all you carbineers out there that think we cant take out commando's? Think again cause we can. get them bleeding and spam legshot against them and they cant use that insidious flamethrower skill on you! Muhahahahaha! and oh yes, KD is ur friend in these situations...

personally they can keep there hard hitting weapon

yes pistoleers are broken finally made it myself to master the other day.

My advice to you is go buy yourself a top end krayt gun put a power up on it and kick some arse.

it annoys us because they have the one hit kills, but now looking at it it doesnt because like them now with a krayt pistol 85-386 damage then add a power up on it 35% you should effectively kill any one with stopping shot from 32-64 meters.

Now a group of rebs/imps is even better spam fan shot and there all be dead in seconds

Work out the dps on the new pistols, fwg5s have come a long way in a short distance.

Ever considerd wearing any armor?. My composite is 65% protection. Te Flamerthrower has no AP.

So let me do the math for you. 1400 *0.75 (for light armor vs. no armor piercing)= 1050

1050*0.35 (65% protection)=367.5 Damage.

Hell i get up to 550 with cribbling shot in PVP. And if i look at my combat log he misses like 60-90% at 40-60 meters. So get your composite use KD and posture change to keep them away ans you see you will win 80% of the time. Ohh and btw the DOT takes too long for a fight. The commando will be dead till then. Have a medical droid with you or a camp, some good woundpacks and you are as new even before the commando is cloned.

the present nerf on the commandos makes them, well, bite big time. They put a 2.5 melee modifier on them and now they can hardly stand up to a durni. So I (commando on sunrunner) made a new character (pistol packer) on another server, and only with Pistol II and a scout blaster I can stand up to things better than my commando...so they have been nerfed in to uselessness again.

Rodian Pistol (future Pistoleer) Medic (future Combat Medic) Scout (not gonna be a CH this time, droids are more Starwarsy) Artisan (which I will drop after I get going good enough to survive)

Fourth, and once again, a pistoleer (or any other elite profession) should loose 9 out of 10 times to a Hybrid combat profession!! We spend more time, more points, more creds (those charged weapons are frickin expensive!), so we deserve to be more powerful.

taladien i like your idea u all have some kick ass ideas u need to put this stuff on other bords i love your guys ideas but u see the commandos never had it this way you guys are pissed as hell that the DEVs are just looking the other way well it was like that for us commandos forever up untill now and we get fixed look back at the old commando post and funny thing is it looks alot like the post here like it or not you are in the same exact spot as the commandos where... but what makes me really mad is that they still are not looking at carbineer i have 0 exp in MMO development but i would think it would be ez to go in and change 1 class...
