Thread: What question?

Or we could ask them to finally come out and admit what Counter-Attack actually does. It dodges an attack exactly like dodge...but it does't counter, nor attack. They admit it's broken, but what are the plans for it in regards to Carbineer.
Why give a class they want to be Crowd Control, a single person "counterattack?"
Counterattack is supposed to counterattack (aka attack back)and at +105 (master carbineer) it should be happening as often as a master pistoleer with +105 dodge. So right now it is neither working correctlynor is itactivating as often as it should. This is paraphrased right from the Dev's mouth. Block is not working correctly either. All of these issues are on que for the combat rebalance.
Trust me, I am all over this issue and if I remember correctly this is issue 4 on our Top 5. The Devs arewaiting for the combat rebalance to tackle all these problems. Right now I can't really bring up issues because the Devs just do not want to hear them...yet. Once the combat rebalance rolls around, they will start listening and we will have our issues heard over and over and over and over.......until they get the point.
Descriptive is perfectly fine ![]()
I just want to know what I'm doing, even if its left to me to determine how effectively I'm doing it.
Its difficult to find the word in a text when you're not even sure you're reading the right book.
Personally I'd like the questions to stick to issues not covered by our top 5and avoid issues which the devs are aware of and will likely be addressed in the forthcoming combat rebalance. Since applying states is an integral part of thecarbineer profession, I'd really like to get anexact definition from TH as to whatthese states do, how they affect the target etc. Okay, so no exact calculations but at least understanding the theory should helpus move a lot closer to fully understanding our profession.....and that can't be a bad thing!

I think definitions of states is a good one.
