I was pretty sure it was 250 points...I guess I'll have to go diggin for the facts after I get off work later.

Sometimes tough for me to keep track of them echos in the fray of battle. Sending myself a double tell might work though...just having em say nothing and pop 2 off real fast would go over well with the soundeffects i think. 2 beeps...stop moving...Imma try it.

Instead of sending you two tells, i would advise something like this:
/alarmAddIn 0 0 Take a break, get a drink and apply COB...
That also gives you some beeping alarm... the text can be modified according to your own taste.

I actually pondered this kind of a template much myself. TKM is nice for innate armor just for the fact I think it's cool to fight with clothes and not armor. And you wouldn't have to worry about replacing or repairing armor every now and then. I actually have broken 2 helmets,2 leggings and 1 chest piece during a month, only grinding. 
First Shock Trooper armor and then Marauder Battle.

First Shock Trooper armor and then Marauder Battle. I never noticed they were low on condition until I unequipped them and they were red.
