Its good to hear. I have 4 toons with a wide variety of professions and I can tell who is an advocate to their community and who likes the forum title.
As a side, is there a list of the carb weapons with their certs, and whether they will be craftable, loot only, or craftable with looted components? For example I hear the Proton Carbine is MBH only and is a loot/quest item. I will be going a mix of MCarbs and BH so Id like to know what to look forward too.
I suggest specific questions be asked in the specific threads here.....but to answer that, we don't know if any of the loot schems on TC will be switched to WS certs.....many things have yet to change, but I did list what is on TC in the Carbineer Feedback thread

I have a question. Why does everyone get to use our weapons except those in the master box, while at the same time we can't use commando or bounty hunter weapons ( andy of them ). This doesn't seem right to me. They need to limit our carbines to us, or they need to open up the commando and bounty hunter weapons except the master box ones to those of the appropriate level.
We should not be able to use commando weapons as they have nospecial attacks....their weapons act as these...but bh weapons yes.

Then commando's shouldn't be able to use our carbines, that's fair after all.
Please don't drag commandos into this argument. The new level system allows all sorts of professions/templates to wield weapons simply due to their level, and not certs. However, distinctive weapons such as the flamethrower, Mark II carb, and czerka all require a box to use. So don't target commandos for your anger because we aren't to blame....it would just result in us being useless if everyone could use a flamer, rocket launcher, grenades, etc. If you are complaining about a commando holding a Mark II, then it's just because he went carbines, like many commandos are doing atm. Just again, all profs can use weapons based on level alone (save exceptions of boxes). ![]()

hehe killer action costs reminds me of the days of beeing a carbineer before buffs lol.

Hate to tell you, but as of a week ago when they tested conversions on my server, all weapons of a given type converted to the same HAM cost. For laser carbines it was 94, althought that was before they adjusted specials costs earlier this week. You'll still have a great weapon, though, since it has such nice damage.

This is correct, except the Special Cost was increased to 112 I think....over 100 for sure on ALL Carbines.
