On Tatooine, there should be a walkthrough on the Game Guide Forums. Some other easy to obtain loot items, you can sell easily
Imp Theme Park
-TIE/AT-AT Suit 250K-1M
-Form Fitting Stocks - 100k/each (you get 3-5 of either stocks/scopes/barrels, only the stocks are worth money)
-Reinforced Stormtrooper Armour Peice - 250K-500K
-Droidsmith Toolkit Schem 100k-250k (might be Jabba's ... it has been a while)
Rebel Them Park
-WS Toolkit Schem - 250k-500K (i am an imp, that is all i know, there might be more)
Jabba's Palace
-Crafting Apron Schem - 100-250K
Ás well when running Janta mission's they drop some decent loot as well. Janta blood which you can get up to 10K/bottle. Also Janta Hide which is extremely good IMO. It is a segment enhancer for armour. You can 4% Base Effectiveness and unlike most low level enhancers it doesn't increase cost. With those Hides you can make 90% Base Effectiveness 39% Stun Armour ... requires a 30+ effectiveness slice, but the best part is no extra HAM costs. Jantas/Mokks also drop crystals at a pretty frequent rate. I looted 4 yesterday in a 3 hour buff session. One clear damage crystal. Don't know what the quality was but apparently it tuned to 25/25 -6, which isn't too bad for a low level jedi without cash coming out of his ears, you can probably sell them for 25-50K each.

For just a nice quick one, dant solo groups, then go to a city with improved job market, get 32k missions. the plus side is you can also pick up some nice loot. Area attacks are your friend.
That way i can make alot of money quickly, but i prefer going endor and doing maurader missions. the loot is alot better, the scenery better, less crowded and the chance to see the Gorax.
Don't take creature lair missions unless you are after harvesting. If you do invest in a harvest droid, get more and you harvest while you fight. Mix it up a bit though, on endor for a break check out the caves. they aregood if full.

Well, have some 5ers to help balance them out. On the house.
as for making money, check your trade forum for what harvests are hot.
as an example: me.
i check the forum. some guy is buying Lok Herbivore meat at 150cpu.
i go off, kill a bunch of gurks, harvest them, make lots of exp, lots of mission $$$. Then sold it all for 2.5 million creds. nice and easy.

i have to agree with this. i do this for money making for any combat profession it is simply the best and fastest, however i sell loot on the side i made 6 million in 2 nights of striaght janta-ing lol i dounno if ur that dedicated as it was the most boring thing ive ever done lol. i may not be a carbineer but it is on a list of professions imhopingto try.

I agree with the missions, thoughI prefer FAA2 and CS2. Less damage on the old bod.

I see why Firehawk told the origonator of the thread to look up in the galaxy forums and guides. Buffing sounds to be an absolutely recuring theme here. Isn't that true of making money in any ranged or melee profession? I have seen two people killing and entire Kyrat spawn by their lonesome, talk about making money. Have heard of one person soloing them and after seeing the technique of those two I could believe it. Buffing is worth the investment if making money on missions is your objective.

One thing I'd like to add to my original reply (blasted forum rules about editing posts) is that hunting the in-demand resources will earn you a boatload. For example, on Kauri Dantooine herbivore meat is in demand. Not crazy demand, but docs are paying 50-75 cpu. So, I get buffed (12k), head to dantooine (2k), head to a city that is an improved job market and pick up piket missions. Each mission pays 10k for completion. Each lair spawns around 9 pikets. At hunting 4, I harvest about 70 units of meat per piket. In the 3 hour buff session I can do about 12 missions. Math:
12*10 = 120k for just the mission payout
9*12 = 108 pikets * 70 = 7560 units of meat * 60cpu = 453,600 credits for the resources
I also milk the things before I slaughter them, and sell the milk. Each picket gives about 90 units of milk. So, in the same window I get about 10k milk. This sells for about 500k credits.
All in all, I spend about 20k for buffs, foods, weapons and armor costs. I turn that into just about a million credits profit. In addtion to the credits, each piket gives about 4k carbines xp.
Until I master carbines I'm not sure I'm ready to tackle the jannta/mok missions (that and I've never seen one on the mission terminals so I must not be ready
).

Doc resources are a huge cash cow ... especially herbivore or avian meat. In some cases they can get up to 100 cpu. Also most armoursmith's will pay handsomely for wooley or leathery hide.
The stats you want to look for in high demand resources are
Herbivore/Avian Meat ... Overall Quality and Potential Energy.
Wooley/Leather Hide ... Overall Quality and Shock Resistance.
Usually to be worth the high amount both stats will need to be 900+, but really anything with a combine value of more than about 1700 in large quantaties (10K or more) will likely sell for a decent amount to most AS/Docs

if its just cash you want and no xp (and with the bonus of lightning shot 2 from the LLC tree in BH), your credits will very quickly increase on mokk and janta missions.. best to pick up a nice EE3 i have found and some PU's if you want the carbine xp as well although the credit earning speed is decreased significantly in exchange for xp.
