I hit and run until the circumstances are to my liking. If there is a hill available I will gun it out with both of them immediately unless they are both ranged combatants, but 80% of the time they are both melee. I run up and down the hill kiting and spamming healthshot2 to get wounds on them, then I will switch to my carbines to finish them off. The few times I have done this I will manage to kill one person then the other person will run. Thats the perfect time to lay into em with knock downs or posture changes (carbineer is such a great class, I love being able to KD someone as they flee hehe). My favorite place to PvP is Bestine because it is surrounded by hills, I know the layout of the city, and I keep a house close by for escapes if need be.
