Elders are 100% kinetic resist with over 300k ham usually right around 350K so no TKA can solo them when they do no damage

I hope u mean regular NS and not elders. No elder can be killed by a tk cause they are 100% resist to kinetic, and heat for that mater

you guys totally missed the point of this guys post. He was making a funny joke not sparking a serious debate about the ability of a tka in the carbineer forums.

No use bothering, knowing the devs we'll probably just end up with the Carbineer carbine. Launching 1-10 Carbineers at the enemy all /yelling "We need a Stun carbine to be effective!"
It will be annoying at first but when other players realize they can counter our secret weapon with a simple /addignore we will be pwnt.

knowing the devs we will probably get this.... they've done some weird things like that be4. and a tka can solo the elder at 50% health bc their resists drop then.

carbineer blows in pvp? lmao... last time i checked spamming crippling shot at the spd cap against a kd'd opponent with +190 accuracy and a 700 dmg krayt laser carbine vs a melee stacker with no ranged mit does an awful lot of dmg

Lol, yea, there were two guys outside the bestine shuttleport the other day, took them both down in about 30 seconds using sprayshot, underhand, and crippling. I even had enough time to take them each out one at a time. And later when I was fighting a master swordsmen I used spray shot, underhand, and crippling, and did 1000+ damage. 1000+! And that was with a crappy 409 max damage carbine! Muahahahahaha! I love Crippling shot!

I am a Melee Defense Stacker with Carbineer and have NEVER seen a BH/Carbineer able to take me down. I have NEVER been Dizzy/KD either.....even with them using Accuracy Food to stick States better.
Obviously you were picking onn00b PvP people that weren't wearing armor.....or did they have Bone Armor on..... ROFL nothing like showing off how you can pwn a n00b....
BTW, my Carbineer abilities are not "average" but my defenses/armor/buff/food/drink is nothing that an IMAGE DESIGNER couldn't buy and wear.....
Lastly, sorry for making this a serious discussion

TA anyone with ranged Mit 3 isn't exactly a melee stacker. Uber carbineer maybe... but melee stacker naw..
IMHO melee stackers are those that are completely damaged focused in a melee weapon and may or may not dabble into a ranged profession to enhance they're natural melee defence... (ie Mswordsman/carbineer 0040, Mfencer, Pistoleer 4040) etc..
Obviously those stacking templates are a waste now adays with the defence cap... but you know what I mean.
Always proud to be killed by a fellow carbineer
