You do not need medic to be victorious. 1200 stims and rubi, during jedi fights you don't get hit much and if you do you can always move out of their range. Key is to pick a moment and strike as fast as possible. I am not talking about ranged PvP since different rules apply there, but you can still win. With Rubi I can have 6-10 1200 heals, which is more than enough for any fight.

Yea I'm either going to do MBH, MCarb, CM 4000 or MBH, MCarb, Pistols 0404 (the accuracy on this template is insane) and with that I'll just use ruby b's and stim d's. Should be ok?

Am I the only one who still uses SL 0-4-0-4 in their template?

Last I checked, Ruby Bliel only worked for one heal, and then you had to drink another one before using your next stim. If this is true, that makes it rather less useful than if it worked for a specified duration of time... Can anyone confirm that?

Working as intended. But how often will jedi hit you ? When he gets close first heal is without rubi, than drink one and heal.

"Well..I was going to do MBH, MCarb, Combat Medic 4xxx however in Publish 21, they are hitting the medic field hard with a nerf to the normal bacta shot. It will do significantly less healing. The advanced bacta shot is a MASTER DOCTOR special so thats out, and while you could use the Advanced Bacta Toss for heals, it roots you when you cast it so fighting a jedi full template you would be toast."

"Signifigantly less" is inaccurate. It will do less, yes, but you can offset that with a healing eff shirt or something. You can still heal a good chunk of your Health.

Also, Bacta Spray does not root.

EDIT: A 4000 CM with a +17 Healing Eff undershirt (same thing I use), gets bacta shots on Test Center for 1150. That's only 100 or so less than what I get now (in the 1200s).

mcarb mcm doc 0004 speed health action and mind buffs...No more bacta jab use the shot and the jab as a backup....you will have tons of healing with master cm so they will be nice and root free. Also your toss with enhancer makes an instant friend out of anyone you hit. Can drag and heal wounds also.

The speed buff and other buffs make up for the missing bh speed. With attachments your def can become not to bad either. Pull out a droid with enhancers you can heal your group for a 1600+ bacta sprey no root.

yeh and you got the stims

If I didn't love BH so much, I'd go MCarbs/MCM/0004 Doctor, as someone else suggested. That template must rock.

Yes only having carbineer as your ranged profession does limit your offence as you dont have all the bh acc and speed. The doc buff only covers the speeed part but does that well. You will definetly need food for acc and def for the hard pvp fights. And if you cant find yourself some realy high end carbines you probably wont like your offence and be more a support controle char...but you will excell at that end : ) I have ben a carbineer for ever even when it sucked...That payed dividens in the cu as i ended up with some nice stuff. Also i have a lot of attachments and i wont say that they are not a huge help. Worth every penny.

Getting the skills is only half the game in swg. I can get almost as much acc and def and speed from attachments as the entire carbineer profession gives me. Finishing your skill poetntial in this way compleatly changed my outlook on bh. Unless you want to hunt the bounties as part of your game....To me it is a skill point skink...get only a couple specials over carbineer. And with the stats from the skills the attachments wont work so good (diminishing returns). This allows me to spend 170+ points in healing....Say what you like if i put that many points in healing skills i damn well better be good at it.

Master Carbineer/Pistoleer/4-0-0-4 CM is nice.

You get crabs, the most balanced weapon class in game and you get Pistoleer the best elite specials in game, and you get the best outta CM. This template is not a loser
