25 stun (from BE)

10 ranged defense from aakuan rings

aakuan belt for disease ... the poison stuff etc

25 Carbine Accuracy While Moving in tapes

25 Speed

15 Accuracy

25 Counter attack






I have done a template close to yours and it didnt work for the simple fact that a jedi can not heal with armor equiped, and the defences that carbineer provides you are not good enough to support you without armor.

You understand you cant heal while in armor? So you will be not only melee fodder but ranged fodder.

yea, and psg is considered armor. Ubese shirts are armor, and their bandolieer..... so you are better off dumping healer part of your jedi temp.... get fr3, maybe some defenses from the defender part.. Defender is passive, but unproven that any of it works. Other than avoid incap.


Another idea is to get force armor. I think it has a 2min timer or more.. put it on before you fight, then add you armor. In testing (friends and i) armor1 was like a synsteak.


Oh, and the only other problem i see is low force pool.

I, as well as everyone on Sunrunner,can back him when he says he's experienced with carbineer...He's good with whatever mix he throws in with Carbines.

hahaha i'm doing "homework" on my BH toon i'm going to make... Either carbine (since it's the one combat prof i've never done) or fotm for BHs=tkm

a) 21 jedi toughness, force 3200, skills--heal wounds, ranged d-62 w0001 marksman 64

c) 21 jedi toughness, force 3200, skills--Channel force, Transfer force, ranged d-62-64

Yeah I recently noticed how I could definatley put aim to use any 2 points left will be put to ranged support 1 ... AIM and the ranged defense looks nice..


Your second suggestion was one I was looking over ... to me its been looking better and better ... mainly for more force


and force speed 2 looks interesting ... force run 2 looks useless to me ... but with carbineer could prove to be the oposite in a bad case I could ... force run 2 and play the states on them ... but without a toggle it could prove to hurt more than help



I realy dont believe in flat out running away from the fight



As far as armor gos ... I KNOW I cant use force with armor on ... ty


But I CAN use carbineer and vs a rifleman that could change alot having a helmet or maybe a psg its just possible



while a jedi can never put armor on to kinda chill out for a second ... I can and still fight at that point

4204 Healer I'd say drop this and hitenhancer that's 14 sp that can be better spent.

2000 Jedi Enhancer 4000 Enhancer get FR2..If I'm right that leave you with10 sp...or maybe...2002 enhancer and get channel force. That would leave you with 2sp.

Ah, question I came up with while thinking about this...is it Damage period that is lowered when a Jedi uses Fr2, or only lightsaber damage? It would be funny to hit Fr2 and start waylaying people with burstshot2, chargeshot2 and fullautoarea2...hilarious I say!

Yes, but you need to keep the fs boxes and padawan.

Hmm... is every FS skill you get permanent or are they only permanent after you get all 16 boxes and get padawan?

I am not thinking of taking jedi as far as you are - but I am looking to get some FS skills to go with my template (BH4440 MC w/ some medic that'll I'll probably end up dropping). Anyways, I was just wondering if it is possible to unlock the second character and then drop some of the fs skills or just stop there at novice jedi (or w/e its called). While Jedi is of course the stronger porffesion when mastered, I really don't have any interest in becoming one. Even if I was to grind through the proffession just to say I did I feel I'd get very tired of it - just because I would be so strong. While with carbineer I am never bored with it because while trying to solo things much stronger than myself I need to plan and take precautions and use tactis - something I enjoy very much.


But anyways, is it possible to unlock the second slot and then not become a jedi?
