dont let a rifleman's melee defense fool you, against someone holding a rifle, melee attacks get a 2.5x to hit them. honestly, even with the 40 melee defense i have at master rifleman, i will still be hit at least 90% of the time by melee attacks.
I thought they removed that? (I could be wrong, I've only dabbled in Rifleman)
