Once you hit BH Carbines II, you will have a very effective KD attack that will buy you enough time to get some distance between you and what you're shooting. Most of the time, I don't even need a tank, just put the FireKD on the mob and blast away. On non-humanoid mobs, it only buys you a few seconds, but with the right carbine, a few seconds is all you need.

What is the difference between humanoid and non-humanoid mobs regarding KD etc?

Dizzy won't hold a creature down when combined with a KD or PD move like it will on NPC's.

I'd also like to point out that you have a second or so of additional immobility with some animal mobs because of the dramatically played out KD animation. Gotta make the most of it.

True, but you lose the KD damage modifier as that is just animation lag that does not factor into the formula for damage done

Although for some reason droideka's on lok are affected by the dizzy. Its kinda funny to see them fall apart, get up and and fall aprt again. Not sure why they are like it, but with the correct specials and positioning you can take on alot at once.
